Very nice boats.

thanks for the note

steveStevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17060896232365651376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5137810012036013226.post-29131818394742242912012-05-15T06:52:15.259-04:002012-05-15T06:52:15.259-04:00You have a gorgeous boat and an amazing sailing ar...You have a gorgeous boat and an amazing sailing area; really enjoyed reading about your adventures. You made mention of how you're learning to trust John Welsford's design more, which struck a chord for me, as I'm finding the same with our Drascombe Lugger. Into our second year with her now, and the more I learn to trust John Watkinson's design, and the more she proves it to me, the better a sailor the boat makes me I think.tatali0nhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11298806384931561269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5137810012036013226.post-63922228932922713702012-05-14T16:06:34.014-04:002012-05-14T16:06:34.014-04:00Bill,

If the water had been up a foot or so, not even to the high tide mark, I think I could have made it. But at low tide I did not want to get stuck in the much.

steveStevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17060896232365651376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5137810012036013226.post-65955489810309220382012-05-14T15:44:04.735-04:002012-05-14T15:44:04.735-04:00That's interesting - I was watching your Spot ...That's interesting - I was watching your Spot page and noticed your little foray down into that channel and then the abrupt turn-around and head back up and around the long way. I was wondering why you did that. Of course the view on-line doesn't show actual current conditions, so it looks like there's a channel there.Billhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14950317902951463280noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5137810012036013226.post-45611170123238428042012-05-14T10:57:16.740-04:002012-05-14T10:57:16.740-04:00Very nice little breeze and she is going along won...Very nice little breeze and she is going along wonderfully.
