It will be served with wide egg noodles, a little butter and lemon sauce and frico.   Come on by!

    I just had some leftovers for lunch, made for a great salad. I don't know what it was - the particular fish, the wood chips or, more likely, just plain luck - but this was the best smoked fish we've made.
