a recipe



Put a couple of Sewansecott oysters on the gas grill.  Wait seven or eight minutes until the shells start to open.  Grab an oyster with a gloved hand, pop the shell all the way open with an oyster knife.  Add a dash of hot sauce.  Enjoy.

  2. Scoop oyster, using it's own shell, in a dish of homemade salsa.
    Wash down with your favorite beverage.
    Repeat --- on the beach or anchorage of choice.
