Spicy scallop roll, spicy California roll, seared tuna, ceviche salmon roll and a few others....I lost track. The place used to be called "Haru", now it is called "Haniki". Call it whatever you want, it's pretty good.
Hi Steve! I saw this via Chesapeake Light Craft and thought you might like to know about it. Having read some accounts of these challenges, they vary from pleasant tours to mind-numbingly painful. If you don't enter, it could be a good story for the paper maybe? Best Wishes, Rich
I'm a big fan of the watertribe events and I have several friends who are veteran competitors. I don't compete in the races, I'm a cruiser not a competitor. But much of the gear on board Spartina comes from recommendations from the watertribers. I think the Ches. Bay event is new for the watertribe, I'll look forward to following it on the web. This fall I'll be sailing down in NC when the tribe holds their North Carolina challenge, I might get to see some of the sailors and paddlers race by.
Dinner for one
