Just a wonderful weekend of sailing, the last before the spring cruise. Much more wind that expected yesterday, double reefed all day long with winds beginning to slack early afternoon but solid gusts still mixed it.
This morning came with a light overcast that quickly burned off, leaving blue skies and perfect wind. All sails up all day, sandwich for lunch and a nap anchored in Craford Bay in the afternoon. Perfect.
Plenty of snowbirds heading north on the ICW, including the appropriately named SNOW GOOSE, above. Seems like she was out of the midwest somewhere, maybe Chicago, and I had to wonder if they were doing the Great Loop.
