Great pictures, Steve. Twenty years ago I spent two stormy nights in the slip across from where you guys were at Rolph's Wharf. It was a very different place then, staffed by a Sasquatch-looking fellow who spun tall tales of supercell thunderstorms that sucked boats vertically up out of the water! The severe thunderstorm forecast for the night we were there might have had something to do with it, and I dutifully went back and doubled all our docklines.
Great to see those pictures, and I'm glad you liked Chestertown. It's a magical little place.
Wowee, man. Excellent.
ReplyDeleteI can understand fully why Dad loved it there so much.
ReplyDeleteChestertown in a beautiful place. I know I'll be back there again to enjoy it some more.

Swoon...
ReplyDeleteYou really should put together a big, glossy coffee-table book.
I'm dead serious.
