Did you go by Pates boat yard? I heard it changed hands and wondered how things were there.
Yes, I launched out of Pate Boat Yard. It does have a new owner and is under transition right now. I don't have a lot of the details. For launching I did contact the new owner and was given permission to launch and leave my jeep trailer there.
