what happened?

Bare feet, sleeves rolled up.  Biggest worry

 was sunburn.  That was just a few weeks ago.

Tonight I will be outside, bundled up and using those little

chemical-filled pouches to keep my hands warm in below

freezing temperatures.  What happened?
