oysters Baydog

Oysters, a pint of shucked from Shooting Point on
Nassawadox Creek and a handful of Church Creek
Corks, shiitake mushrooms, jalapeƱo pepper,
some white wine and a little heavy cream.

 Dave tells me he came up with the recipe and
prepared it just once.  In our household it is
a fall/winter tradition.  Thanks, Dave.
