some advice

If somebody says they like your boat, like seeing it on the waterfront and they have a slip right downtown with a floating dock that is protected from wind and waves from every direction, and it would be nice to have that boat there for people to look at and you're welcome to tie up there anytime you like..... then I would suggest you take them up on that offer.
