off topic, I know
The heat wave broke last night with heavy thunderstorms and steady rains. One of the things I like about living in the south is dew covered gardens in the morning. The air is thick, everything seems so rich, so alive.

Glad you are cooler. We are into our forth week of triple digits. 101 tomorrow with the crops stressed to the point of no recovery. At least the epoxy in my boat shop is cooking off in five minute as opposed to the normal 30 minutes. Makes the days go quicker. Or I should say the half days go quicker.

I lived in Missouri for a couple of years. I do remember the heat. And I do remember being glad when it cooled down to 95 degrees at night.
Stay cool. Send me a photo of the boat.
