spartina with the tall ships

Here are a couple of photos from Ed, by way of Bill.  Thanks for the photos, guys.


Spartina sailing past the bow of the Kalmar Nyckel, with the boom of Elf to the right.  I really like this photo.


And left to right, Spartina (yes, that little bit of sail all the way to the left), Kalmar Nyckel, Lady Maryland, Pride of Baltimore II and Sultana.

Those boat did look pretty big, when we were up close on the water. But we look positively tiny out there among them. I was trying not to get too close and to stay out of their way.
