before the weather hit

Drew from the Sultana Project forwarded this photograph of Spartina, made by photographer Michael Wooton.  Thanks, Drew and Michael.

I'm guessing Michael shot the photograph Friday afternoon before the weather arrived.  I am, after all, smiling.

Oh my gosh toss the cameras overboard and stop the presses, that one's perfect. Dawn and I (and everyone else) would like an autographed 8x10 glossy, please.

What a photo! Great smile on your face and wonderful angle on Spartina. Not sure I've ever seen a bow-on shot before. If you ever need an author photo, I'd vote for that one!

Shawn,

credit goes to Michael Wooton. I appreciate him letting me use the photograph. Not sure why I was smiling so much. I think maybe the guys on the Kalmar Nyckel, which is just to the left out of the frame, were giving me a little grief.
