clean up

The clean up begins at the Shipwreck Grill in Buxton.  An open restaurant...how nice.

I find myself worrying about friends up north; Mary Lou and Fred in Rock Hall, Dave in New Jersey, Marty the dock master in Lewes and the nice people of JP's on the Wharf in Bowers Beach.  I hope they are all doing well this morning.

We're fine, Steve, but the shore is devastated

Steve,
Thank you for the updates along the Outer Banks. Reporting in that area seemed to fall off as the storm tracked north. Good luck to everyone in the path.

We're fine. Hanging out in the heat in the travel trailer waiting for the power to be restored. (Just came on!) Minor flooding in RH. Trees down in some places. Delaware shore was pummeled but haven't seen anything specific about Lewes or Bowers Beach. the photos I've seen of Dewey & Rehoboth Beach didn't look nearly as bad as those of the Jersey Shore further north. Some info and photos at the Delaware News Journal's website. http://www.delawareonline.com/
