dawn on Cedar Creek
A light mist hung over the water at Cedar Creek, a wonderful anchorage just off the Adams Creek Canal. Up at dawn, we were headed for Beaufort on day four of the fall trip.

Back Creek just east of marker #12 on Adams Creek is another good anchorage for an overnight on the ICW.
One can go way in and escape the traffic going between Beaufort and the Neuse River.
Would like to be at Chestertown next weekend, but will have to put it on the calendar for 2014.

Have a great weekend coming.
Thanks for the info, Buck. I'll keep Back Creek in mind.
