Caxambas Pass

Dawn Patrol was about to enter Caxambas Pass just after 8 pm Sunday night.  They'll follow the channel into the Ten Thousand Islands and be one their way to CP 2.

Paul said he and Alan were feeling fine, doing very well with just 3 or 4 hours of sleeping each since the race started 37 hours ago.

The spinnaker was perfect for this afternoon, Dawn Patrol was doing 6, 7 or 8 knots at a steady pace.

And of course Paul asked about SandyBottom.  He was glad to hear she was doing well.

The challenge mapper seems to be down, or at best very slow tonight.  But I did connect and it looks like SandyBottom is entering the gulf and is headed towards Lovers Key State Park.  She might be pleasantly surprised to find Kiwibird doing some stealth camping there.
