looks like you had a great trip! As a Florida Native I was surprised to learn that some families do not own a motorboat when I left the state. Now I live in North Carolina and only own canoes and kayaks. I have friends who own kayaks and multiple sailboats here and do not have a motor boat.
Steve, you may already be aware of this gentleman Mr.Frederic Fenger. if not he seems to be your historical doppelganger. 17 foot boat, three sails, solo sailor and photographer!
