Wow, very nice. The "shallow" depth of field on the bamboo, and long exposure wiggle in the lights is a nice touch, whether intentional or serendipitous.

Thanks. Bruce get the credit for the bamboo photograph. I agree with you, it's very nice. I'll write more about that channel and the bamboo in the daily log - it was a surreal passage coming out of fishing creek.
I'll take the blame for the evening photograph. As a colleague once said, even a blind squirrel finds an acorn now and then. steve

Looking forward to hearing about it. The photo alone is surreal. Nice sky above the skipjack, too. Helps when a blind squirrel can can muster a bit of talent to go with his luck.

Thank you, Annece. That is the sand spit at the south end of Tangier Island. I'll be writing more about that place in just a couple of days. steve
