reconnecting

Checking Spot Buddy this morning I have to wonder if Dawn and Kristen will be reconnecting on the water today.

Last evening Kristen (magenta) moved ahead of Dawn (Dawn), going from 3 mph to, at times, 5 mph and then ending her paddling day at New Pass a little after 8 p.m.

What Dawn lacked in speed she made up in endurance, paddling until after midnight, stopping for the night near Wiggins Pass.  Dawn is traveling with handful of other paddlers.  I am not sure about Kristen.  

Just now checking their updated positions, they are both on the gulf less than one-half mile apart.
