Mosquito off Marco Island

From the tracking page it appears Mosquito set sail just after 1 a.m. and is now making steady progress to the south.  Sunrise finds them off of Marco Island with winds 8 mph out of the east.  Forecast calls for a bright sunny day, temperatures from the mid-60's to the mid-80's.  Their last SPOT track, 6:55 a.m., shows Mosquito turning east towards Caxambas Bay.

After all that work, waiting and weather, this morning has got to be great sailing for Alan and Dawn.  Photo below shows the crew working on Mosquito at the starting line a few days ago, courtesy of Alan's blog.
