Here's the route from Garmin's HomePort software, a little bit overt 300 statute miles.  I lost two and one-half days to weather.  There were seven or eight days of small craft warnings as a stationary low hung off the Carolina coast.  It retrospect, with more typical weather I would have made it all the way to the top of the bay and then back to St. Michaels.  Good trip.
