cool and crisp

A chilly morning followed by a day of tacking south on the Bay. Very pleasant.

Hi Steve, I must have seen you yesterday (10/10) coming out of the Sassafras River. I was coming out of Lloyd Creek in my Drascombe Dabber and saw your sails way down by Ordinary Point. I had a brisk sail on Sunday from Elk Neck State Park against the wind, but with the tide, until I cleared Grove Point and had a nice run down the Sassafras. Monday the wind was light for a while going back to Elk Neck, but it eventually filled in again in the afternoon.

I thought I saw some sails in the distance. Wish we had crossed paths. Steve

Don’t think I will make it down your way, Shawn. Rains cost me too much time. Maybe next year. Steve
